How do I get started?
Click the Work With Me tab on my website or send me an email. We will set up a 15 minute consultation call to better understand why you are seeking services and how I would support you.
Do you take insurance? Why not?
I do not take insurance. A private pay model allows us to create a plan that is tailored to your unique needs to provide the most comprehensive care. I can provide a ‘superbill’ that you can turn into your insurance for out-of-network benefits. If finances are a challenge or become challenging please talk to me about a sliding scale fee.
How do I access the client portal?
Follow this Client Portal link or find the link in the footer of my website! Or refer to the initial welcome email that will take you to the portal.
How long will I be in therapy?
Ideally, weekly appointments are helpful to build rapport and establish goals and then we can set the pace from there. Some clients move to every other week or monthly appointments and then ‘life’ happens and they jump back in for more support. Setting recurring appointments can be helpful for simplicity and ease.
Are you offering telehealth or in-person sessions?
I offer both! Mondays and Thursdays I am available for in-person sessions but telehealth is always an option!
